HOW EASY IT WORKS

Place the DORSI LIGHT device on the floor. Make sure it lies straight. Turn the blue locking lever to block the guide rail and secure stability before use.

Place the strap on the DORSI LIGHT, directly on the black center plate. The strap should lie flat so you can easily secure it around your pelvis once you're lying down.

Sit down on the device, place your feet on the stool or chair, and carefully lie on your back.
Lift your pelvis slightly, wrap the strap around your pelvis (not your waist), and tighten it.
🔒 Then open the blue locking lever so the guide rail can move freely.
✅ Now you can start the DORSI App and begin back mobilization.

After the stretching, open the strap without sitting up abruptly.
Slowly turn to your side and get up using the side support, as shown in the pictures.
🔒 Before standing up, close the blue locking lever again to secure the guide rail.
